All organizations answer all questions for which information is available. You decide which answers you are willing to make public in your company’s profile. Some answers are required to be posted, others you can choose whether to share on the public side.

All answers are included in aggregate so all organizations benefit. That way, you choose whether to make your secret sauce known to job seekers and fellow remote organizations but all organizations will benefit when pooled information is shared. With that in mind, you may wish to choose language that doesn’t identify your organization when crafting your responses in the event that you want the answer to be anonymous when pooled.

It will take around two hours to complete, possibly longer if you need to compile information. Once registered, you can download a version to work offline once until you are ready to complete the online survey as it needs to be completed in one session.

Payment is not required to participate in the survey but is required to receive the aggregate results and other member benefits. This means that you can pay for membership closer to the 2022 launch of badge distinctions if you prefer.

Aggregate survey results

Survey results will be compiled and distributed when the all or most of the interested organizations have contributed. This may be later into the year.
